Tour Costs
& Refund Policies
Guiding Services: Includes:
Backpacking, canoeing, snowshoeing, X-country skiing, day hikes, Fall color
tours, and bicycling. We also have personal, private, Motor Coach Tours to all
the National Parks in the United Sates. We give 1 - 8 day excursions.
We make all your reservations and arrange for your lodging.
Equipment rental is extra: Varies depending on the kind of equipment
Canoe rental per day: $30 includes life jackets
Note: This is not a canoe livery, they are only for
use with
our guided tours.
Kayaks: cost per day can vary, depending where we go, type,
and size etc.
Meals are extra: Breakfast: $8
Lunch : $15
Dinner : $20
Note: We provide the equipment to prepare meals,
and we also do all
the preparing of meals. All meals are camp style meals. Please
refer to your sign up sheet to alert us of any food allergies you
may have, and of food preferences.
$200 per day for one or two
people
$100 per day for each additional
person
Example: One
person is $200 + Lunch $15 = $215
Two people is $200 + Lunch and Dinner for two = $240
Three people is $300 + Lunch for three = $345
and so on.....
Group Facilitator Services:
Includes: We make all your arrangements, and accompany your group, to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
$200.00 per day,
plus expenses
Private Motor Home Excursions: $1,000.00 per day (All
Inclusive) TWO PERSON LIMIT
Fee includes: All Meals (Beverages extra)
: All attraction entry fees, Parks, Tolls,
: Motorhome rental (car rentals extra)
: Gas, Maintenance etc.
: Rentals of Bicycles and Canoes
: Your very own personal guide,us.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit
required to hold reservations, with the balance due in full, upon arrival.
Michigan State sales tax of 6% does apply.
Refunds:
Tour fees
(minus a $50 cancellation fee) are refundable, if your request is received, in writing, 60 days prior
to your tour departure date. After that date, fees cannot be refunded, but
will be applied towards another tour, minus an additional $100.00 booking change fee.
If weather related factors result in cancellation of a tour, all fees paid will
be applied towards another tour of same, this year or the next. Your deposit
is non-refundable for cancellations of less than 60 days notice.
When your
trip is planned, Dream America, Inc., makes a huge commitment to you as our
customer. We turn away other travelers to accommodate you and work behind
the scenes to customize your travel arrangements. We hope you understand
that our refund policy is necessary.
Illegal
drugs and the use of alcohol, will not be tolerated, discovery of such usage will result in
termination of the trip with no refund. Thank you for your understanding in
these matters. We are committed to your safety and that of others on our tours.
Upon arrival, each person will be required to sign a liability release form,
required for all tours.
